Abstract
The saying goes “A business with no sign is a sign of no business,” in today's digital age with fully online businesses, the saying could be modified to “A business with no site is a site of no business.” Customers and other stakeholders form expectations based on their experiences with your competitors. Hence, if your competitors have online shopping, job applications, registrations, etc that becomes their expectation of the entire industry. Failing, or even worse, refusing to keep up with customer expectations is business suicide (times get tough, but you probably don’t want to do that).
